2. Eligibility

Competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 or over only.

Employees of The Prize Duo or anyone directly connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.

 

3. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter:

a) Paid Entry

Participants may enter by purchasing entries via our website.

b) FREE Postal Entry

You may enter any competition for free by post.

Postal entries must be received before the stated closing date.

Free postal entries are treated exactly the same as paid entries and have the same chance of winning.

No purchase is necessary to enter via the free entry route.

 

4. Competitions & Draws

• Competitions are promoted and drawn live on social media platforms such as TikTok Live and Facebook Live.
• Winners are selected at random from all valid entries.
• Draw dates and times are announced on our social media pages.

 

5. Winner Notification & Prizes

• Winners will be contacted using the details provided at entry.
• Winners must respond within 72 hours of notification.
• Postage costs must be covered by the winner unless stated otherwise.
• If a winner does not respond within the timeframe, we reserve the right to redraw.

 

6. Refunds

• All entries are non-refundable unless a competition is cancelled by us.
• If a competition is cancelled, all paid entries will be refunded in full.

 

7. Disqualification

We reserve the right to disqualify any entry that:

 

• Is incomplete or illegible
• Appears fraudulent
• Breaches these Terms & Conditions

 

Disqualified entries are not eligible for refunds.
