1. Competitions

Our competitions are hosted on TikTok Live and Facebook Live.
Unless otherwise specified, there is no limit to the number of entries a participant can submit.
All competitions are open exclusively to UK residents.
Winners must claim their prizes and cover postage fees within 72 hours of being notified. If unclaimed, prizes will not be sent unless an extension has been agreed upon.
While TikTok and Facebook Live are our primary platforms for hosting live shows, we reserve the right to use other social media platforms as well.

2. Entry and Eligibility
By entering, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to disqualify any entries that fail to comply with the rules.

3. Postal Entry
You can enter any competition for free via postal entry. No purchase is necessary to participate through this method. Email us for more details about this.

 

4. No Refunds After the Draw
Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances once the competition has closed or the draw has taken place.

5. Disqualification
If an entry is disqualified for violating the Terms & Conditions—such as submitting false information or attempting to manipulate the competition—it will not be eligible for a refund.

6. Charge backs
We have a strict stance against charge back fraud. Participants who file a charge back without valid justification may face a ban from future competitions and could be subject to legal or collection actions.

 

7. Ownership, Use & Intellectual Property
All rights to the Website and its content (including images, text, etc) are exclusively owned by us.
These Terms do not grant you any legal rights to use our content without prior permission.

8. Account Review and Monitoring
To ensure the safety of our platform and users, we reserve the right to review and monitor account activity.

9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, without prior notice, if we detect fraudulent activities, violations of these Terms, or any harmful behaviour.

10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any losses resulting from account suspension or termination.
