We require you to pay postage when you win a physical prize in any competition. This ensures your item is securely packaged and sent to you with tracked delivery. Postage must be made within 72 hours of your win being confirmed. If, for whatever reason the payment for postage isnt made in this time, your prize will be withdrawn.

Only one postage payment is needed per live draw. One postage payment covers all winnings from the live draw.
Once postage is paid, your prize will be packed and shipped the next working day. We use a range of trusted couriers including Royal Mail, Evri, Parcel Force and Yodel.
